Privacy Policy

FieldCommand is built to keep each customer’s construction workspace separate. This policy explains the information used to operate the controlled beta.

Information we process

We process account email addresses, workspace and project details, uploaded documents, questions, generated answers, feedback, subscription status, usage totals, and limited diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the service.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, isolate projects, process and search construction documents, generate source-backed project intelligence, provide billing and support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Customer project content is not sold.

Service providers

FieldCommand uses service providers for authentication, hosting and storage, artificial-intelligence processing, and payments. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services under their own security and privacy terms. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by FieldCommand.

Project isolation and AI

Project documents and project-specific corrections stay within the authorized workspace. FieldCommand may retain project questions and feedback so users can revisit their work. Project-specific content is not automatically turned into global construction guidance.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while an account or beta workspace remains active and as reasonably needed for security, billing, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Authorized users can delete individual documents and projects inside the app. For account-level requests, use the Support form in FieldCommand.

Security

We use authenticated access, workspace membership checks, project authorization, and protected storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please report any suspected access problem immediately through Support.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information through the in-app Support form. We may need to verify the requesting account before completing a request.

Changes

We may update this policy as the beta evolves. The date above will change when material revisions are posted.
