Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of FieldCommand. By creating an account, starting a trial, entering payment information, or using the service, you agree to them and confirm that you have authority to bind the person or organization using the account.

Construction intelligence—not a project directive

FieldCommand assists with document search, drawing and specification review, coordination, risk identification, and sequencing. It is not an architect, engineer, contractor, attorney, safety professional, code official, or authority having jurisdiction. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on missing documents. FieldCommand does not control the work and does not issue project directives.

Verify cited sheets, details, specifications, revisions, dimensions, quantities, and responsibilities. You must also independently verify addenda, site conditions, code requirements, safety requirements, and professional judgments before bidding, purchasing, fabricating, scheduling, installing, approving, rejecting, or directing work. The contract documents and authorized design professionals remain controlling.

Assumption of project risk

You remain solely responsible for construction means and methods, site safety, schedule, cost, quality, coordination, code compliance, contractual notice, and every decision or action taken on a project. You assume the risks of using or relying on FieldCommand output. FieldCommand is not responsible for jobsite incidents, injury, death, property damage, delay, rework, lost productivity, procurement decisions, change-order disputes, liquidated damages, or other project outcomes arising from use of or reliance on the service.

Accounts, seats, and access

Each Solo or Pro login is for one named person. Company access is limited to the number of purchased seats. You may not share verification codes, credentials, sessions, or a single-user account with another person, evade plan limits, or allow unauthorized access. Workspace owners are responsible for members, roles, project access, and promptly removing people who should no longer have access. We may require reauthentication, limit concurrent sessions, suspend suspicious access, or require an appropriate multi-user plan.

Your projects and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information and for ensuring uploaded material may lawfully be processed. Do not violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious content, probe another customer’s workspace, bypass usage or security safeguards, interfere with the service, or use an output where independent licensed review is legally or professionally required.

Customer content

You retain rights in content you upload. You grant FieldCommand the limited rights needed to store, process, search, analyze, and display that content to provide and secure the service. Project content remains subject to authorized workspace access and is not sold.

Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Plan price, trial length, renewal interval, and cancellation terms are disclosed before you confirm checkout. A seven-day free trial requires a payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly subscription begins automatically and Stripe charges the payment method on file. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel through Manage billing; cancellation takes effect as shown by Stripe. Access to new processing may pause after a trial ends, at a usage limit, after cancellation, or following failed payment, while saved records remain subject to our retention practices.

Service changes and availability

FieldCommand may change as it develops and may experience interruptions. We work to preserve customer data and recover failed operations, but do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service or that every document, drawing condition, or conflict will be detected.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldCommand is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldCommand and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity; or construction cost, delay, rework, injury, property damage, claims, or disputes arising from the service. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid FieldCommand during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FieldCommand and its owners, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your project decisions, your violation of these Terms, unlawful use, or unauthorized account access caused by you or your users.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using FieldCommand at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security threats, account sharing, misuse, unpaid charges, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. Account deletion requests can be submitted through the in-app Support form.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the checkout disclosures form the agreement governing the service.

Questions

Use the Support form in FieldCommand for billing, privacy, technical, or account questions. Before broad commercial launch, these Terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel for your company structure, insurance, jurisdiction, and customers.
